On the bright side, juz watched national treasure the other day with my cousin.. Story line + the clues are very similar to that of the book 'Da Vinci Code' by Dan Brown.... All the talk about Knight Templars and the Masons.... wonder if they are real...

Wow!! Ths Singapore Idol Has finally ended!!! It has been declared!!! Taufik Batisah is our FIRST ever Singapore Idol...
This is one hell of a nght... both sang so well... Quite a waste actually, that Sylvester has lost.... quite a talent he's got there... I have always been on the neutral standing.
On a personal front, The Singapore Idol finals also meant the end off November and the start of December, which means the start of a busy schedule... December is full of camps and activities... i even have two camps running consecutively...no rest... Homework has yet been dine... i have been spending a lot of time on my computer this November reformating it and getting it up and running, settle my router problems and sort out the pile of software i have, some outdated....
I have also revamped my blog, got the template from blogskins, but did some editing behind the scenes and some tables added.
Also, I posted my my new personal website at http://gyeojz.bravehost.com. It is my first trial at flash, I hope visitors will like it.
In Singapore, we marked the 100+ days since Mr Lee Hsien Loong accended the post of Prime Minister. We saw the change of many long time policies like the Chinese language policy and many others...
Mr Goh Sin Tub, a writer as well as a long time alumni, old-boy and a generous contributor to St Joseph's Institution has been called back to the Lord recently... My deepest condolences to his family.... As a student of SJI and an avid reader of his books, I am saddend by his passing...
On the world front, a lot has happened in November. The United States of America has voted for President Bush to continue serving in the White House....
Kofi Annan, the S.G of the United Nations is in trouble as he is losing the votes of confidence due to an inquiry into the now defunct UN oil-for-food programme allowing the recently oust Saddam Hussein to trade oil for food... Mr. Annan's son is reportedly involved in this...
The Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat also died, causing much grieve in that country, and a closure to a chapter in their history.
The war on terror has also yet to come to and end, and the end does not seem very near. Recently, the Al Qaeda 2nd man made and announcement/speech saying that they will not stop the attacks on the United States if the United States refused to respect the Arab world....
The cross-straits relations between China and Taiwan seems to have gotten worse with President Chen pushing for independence..
What has the world become?? has it become better or worse i dunno...

Juz reformat my computer a few days ago and juz set up my internet connection and installing appplications i need....
Its been a while since i came into blogger... Quite a few things happen this week...
Firstly, Yew Liang's head must have grown bigger since that news paper article in TODAY about the school's bowling team which featured a short interview with him... he has since postd the article in our school's bowling website and all over his blog. The others interviewed didn't even mention about that interview.....
Secondly, trainng in December has been cancelled except 1st and 3rd of Dec. Wow!! Very lucky for me, if not i have to skip most of the training sessions as I am tied down by other things.
The Tag-board on this blog is a little dead and i was thinking of removing it.... but dunno if i should....
I also juz got my website up at http://gyeojz.bravehost.com. Its my first try at Flash and hope to recieve some comments about it....

Finally!! Can enter blogger.... I thought my computer got something wrong.... Juz got message from blogger support that their server got problem...
It has been quite a few days since i entered blogger... Found out i seriously violated angelfire's Terms of Service. Exceeded their bandwidth by a few hundred megabytes. Got that account suspended. Had to use iwebmusic. But I finally was able to use it without it crashing my browser. My browser had always crashed becoz it had to install ActiveX controls, which i did not allow. I embed the url instead....
The American Elections saw President G.W. Bush win by a huge margin. My congratulations to him. Meanwhile, I must agree that J.F. Kerry gave a really tough competition. Hope the next 4 years under his rule Singapore will benefit especially from the free trade agreement.
Anyway it is Singapore idol night again... waiting for the show to start now...

AT LAST!! got the damn RSS feed feature to work. My upload server at yahoo also went out of bandwidth, had to switch to anglefire to get my background pic to work. Too bad photobucket not accepting any new signups as they are "upgrading their server".
One week have already gone past.... My slacking days are numbered.... Got loads to do....
Singapore idol results tonight. It seems to be looking quite bad for Christopher but hey, u never noe how Singapore will vote.... i think Olinda will win, but then again, it is the number of supporters they have and their 'X-factor' that counts.
wow! it was 11am when i woke up..... phew, very tired from yesterday's outing.
Had fun at Sentosa, played socce, basketball, volleyball, went canoeing etc.
For dnr went to noodle hut @ habourfront to eat and later has ice cream @ orange julius.
Our classs outing must have cost Mr Wong a bomb....
Here i must take the chance to thank (very profusely) Mr Wong for treating us yesterday.
Now, juz installed Cmap tools on my computer, haven't decide wat to do today. Will be slacking till next week. But have to start revision and homework next week.... lots to do. next year 'O' levels already. It must not be a repetition of this year.
this is the first time i ever posted a blog in the morning....

Class going out after this lesson. MOst probably going to Sentosa after this, dunno wat they will do there, i think our teacher will be treating us later... haha..

YES!! school has finally ended... can slack abit... but have to start studying soon... Biweekly test dates 2005 have already come out. Today go to school only for thanksgiving mass..... other than that got nothing... frens mostly going for friendly match against 309 .
So much work to do!!! especially chinese....But never mind at least can pratice for next year....

Social Studies - One sentence caused me 3 marks??? Ditto was the second essay. That's juz too much!!!
Chemistry did not give statement, and one statement 1 mark?? That alone caused me another 3.5 marks..
Then, there is History 2158... Part 1 of all four essays did so well.... Part 2??? MISERABLE!!!!!
MAths?? dunno..... dun dare to ask...
Hiaz...Hiaz.... Careless... CARELESS!!!
Exams results are back!! haiz too bad the marks are not as "enthusiastic" as i was getting them back... such horrible grades....Grades dropped by so much.... I was expecting 'A's but my results juz dropped short of it.... Even papers that I thoght was 'do-able' was badly done. 9 subjects but not even one 'A'... this is so unlike me.... i am surprised and so are my parents and teachers...
Juz what happened to me??? I put in more effort in studying for my final years... issit becoz my strategies are wrong?? Didn't i mug like there was no tomorrow?? Or was it becoz there was too many distractions?/ I still cannot find the answer.... Maybe i will reach enlightenment in a few days time.. but that will not change the present....
Taking time off to reflect... i have come to the conclusion that maybe i juz need to practice more... i noe the theories but application needs working on. History 2158 essay part 2 Qns need more pracice....
i believe that i will be able to do well. thinking about it makes me realize what i did wrong and will allow me to change.... but then again, it is too late for me to change the present..
all in all it has been a bumper year with so much of disappointment... i definitely have to change for the better....

Today marking day, no school.... dunno wat to to at home. Played my playstation for the first time in 8 months.... going to movies soon.... Tomolo receiving my final year exam results.. dunno how will do... anyway, till then....

Very rusty at HTML editing... finally figured out how to use the password protect feature on the website... maybe going swimming later.... dunno who the hell is sending me viruses, so difficult to trace.......
